This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, ensuring our team members always have reliable and professional gear.

 

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects (printing, stitching, or material flaws)

• Normal wear-related issues that affect function or appearance

• Broken or damaged accessories (e.g., clips, zippers, chains) under standard use

 

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect

• Modifications or alterations to the product

• Normal cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect performance

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party sites

• Company Uniforms

 

Eligibility

This warranty applies only to current employees of Gotham Shuttle Service who purchased their products directly through our official website.
If employment with Gotham Shuttle Service ends, the lifetime warranty coverage will also end.

 

How to File a Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

2. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
