Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gothamshuttle.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once verified, return the damaged product, we will provide a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

Notes

• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care are not covered.

• Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
